Why merge PDFs instead of sending several files
Combining related documents into a single PDF removes the friction of managing several attachments. A reviewer opens one file instead of five, a printed packet stays together, and an archived record reads as one coherent document.
It is a practical step before submitting multi-part paperwork, sharing a report with appendices, or filing scanned documents that arrived as separate PDFs.
Setting the page order
Each source PDF keeps its internal page order. The order of the source files controls how those page groups appear in the final document.
Toolmera now shows the selected files as an output queue. Use the up and down controls to arrange them before merging; the tool then combines the PDFs exactly in that sequence.
What merging does — and does not — change
Toolmera copies the existing PDF pages into a new document rather than rendering them as images, so text, graphics and page formatting are carried into the merged file as PDF content.
Merge PDF works with PDF input only. If you need to include JPG or PNG images, convert those images to PDF first, then add the resulting PDF to the merge queue.
